‘Tis the season to be happy & healthy!
What did Christmas feel like for you this year?
Before we chat about that, take a few moments to praise yourselves for dealing with the difficulties 2020 has imposed upon us, sand thank our Angels and God for leading us through the worst of the pandemic.
I know many of you may have been alone at Christmas due to the COVID-19 restrictions, but I hope you managed to stay in touch with loved ones. Maybe you shared a music playlist, open presents together via a Zoom call or took part if a quiz or two. I always enjoy listening to music – there is a special mind-body connection when listening to yout favourite songs. And what better time of the year to crank up the volume and dance along to yout favourite Christmas jingle. Indulge in self care too.
Love, laugh and hope.
Now we know a lot of the preparations for Christmas started late due to the restrictions – hopefully you managed to get what you needed, but if you didn’t I’m sure it was still as special. Being together, near or far, and embracing the spiritual feel of Christmas is what matters more.
Embrace your emotions, we all experience negative emotions from time to time; they are a natural part of life. Without sorrow we would not know joy. Meditation will help to energise our spiritual and physical well-being with positive feelings and thoughts. But most importantly do not be afraid to reach out to friends, family and support groups if you need help with loneliness and anxiety issues. Remember you are not alone. Believe and trust that the Holy Universe and your Angels will always help you. Be guided by love and compassion.
Give, understand and help.
We have had plenty of time to reflect on 2020 and know it was not the year anticipated as brought in the year with Auld Lang Syne. With 2020 coming to an end we can make our Christmas wishes and promises for the birth of a new year filled with harmony and happiness.
And here is a parting gift for you to carry within for a blessed 2021 –
‘The season of failure is the best time for sowing the seeds of success’
‘You are the root of heaven, the morning star, the bright moon, the house of endless love’
I hope you all had the most blessed Christmas and wish you a wonderful and a most blessed 2021.
May your dreams become realities with the happiness you deserve.
Love and light – Tricia
